The Dell Inspiron 570 [service tag DJ2SMN1] in the Kitchen exports 'C:\Users\Back Office\Desktop\KANTROVITZ DRIVE'
as a network share.  To give a someone access to this folder:

1. Login to the kitchen computer as 'Back Office' using [PASSWORD-1]
2. Open the control panel for 'Users' and add a new Administrator account if one doesn't already exist for the whomever you're trying to grant access.
3. Set the password on the account to [PASSWORD-1]
4. Find the "KANTROVITZ DRIVE" on the desktop.  Right-click on it and choose 'Share with' > 'Specific people...'
5. Add the new user and make sure the permissions are set to both read/write .

To open the Kantrovitz Drive on the user's new computer:

1. Map network drive \\kitchen\KANTROVITZ DRIVE  (not sure if this is case sensitive)
2. Authenticate with the username and password you set in #2,3 above

If you're having trouble connecting from a computer running Windows 7, do the following:

- Click Start
- Click Control Panel
- Click System and Maintenance
- Click Administrative Tools
- Double-Click Local Security Policy
- In the left pane, click the triangle next to Local Policy
- In the left pane, click Security Options
- In the right pane near the bottom, double-click "Network security: LAN manager authentication level"
- Click the drop-down box, and click "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated"
- Click OK
